Check the spam or junk folder for the email address you used at checkout. If you still can’t find it, contact us with your name, order email and approximate order date so we can help locate your order.

We currently deliver within the United States only. All orders ship from the USA.

Economy shipping is $10 for orders under $75 and free for orders of $75 or more. Your shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. If you need your order by a specific date, contact us before ordering for current shipping-time information.

Open the Size Guide on the product page and compare the measurements with a similar item you own. Our T-shirt size chart uses inches. Check the product description for fit notes, too.

If you’re between sizes or need a hand, contact us and tell us which item you’re looking at.

Follow the care label on your item and the instructions in its product description. These cover the washing and drying guidance for that item’s fabric and print.

For information about a specific item or size, contact us with the product name and the size you’re after. We can’t promise that every item will return.

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. For a change-of-mind return, items must be unworn or unused, with their original tags and packaging. You’ll need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Sale items follow the same conditions as full-price items. Gift cards and custom or personalized products aren’t eligible for change-of-mind returns. See the full Returns & Refunds policy for details.

Contact us or email info@bjpstore.com with your order number, the item you’d like to return and the reason.

Once your request is approved, we’ll send you the shipping instructions and return address. Please wait for approval before sending anything back.

You pay the return shipping cost for a change of mind or a different size.

If an item arrives damaged, is defective or isn’t what you ordered, we cover return shipping. Contact us first so we can arrange the next steps.

The quickest way to get a different size is to request a return. Once your return is accepted, place a separate order for the size you want, subject to availability.

We’ll email you after we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know whether your refund is approved. An approved refund includes the amount paid for the returned items and the original shipping charge you paid on the order.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after approval. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us.
